Tick them in the catalogue or upload your doctor's report. Tell us the clinic in your country that will take your samples, and choose a Monday.
We review and send the kit
We check your request and contact you. Then we send the collection kit (tubes, a safety box for shipping by air, instructions and documentation) to the clinic or to your home.
Blood draw and DHL
The clinic draws your blood on the Monday and DHL Medical Express collects the samples the same day and brings them urgently to Spain.
Results
Follow the status of each test in your area and in the app. We let you know as soon as there are results.

Ask a clinic or laboratory near you to take your samples on a Monday. We send them the kit with everything they need and DHL Medical Express collects the samples the same day.
Cyprus and Ireland are EU members but not in the Schengen area. For a blood draw in Spain, choose “Blood draw in Spain”.
Do you have your doctor's report?
Upload it as a PDF, photo or screenshot and we prepare your quote with the tests we recognise. If any test has several possible methods, we review it at Factor Inmune and adjust it.

Which countries can I have my blood drawn in?
In any Schengen-area country of the European Union other than Spain (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden). For a blood draw in Spain, choose “Blood draw in Spain”.
Why always on a Monday?
So that DHL Medical Express can bring the samples to our laboratories in Spain within the working week and they are processed in time. The first available Monday leaves at least a week to send you the kit.
What do I pay, and when?
Nothing until we have reviewed your request and contacted you. Then you pay online for the tests, the collection kit and the DHL Medical Express shipping. The DHL amount is an initial estimate that we recalculate, usually downwards. The blood draw itself is paid directly to your clinic.
What is in the kit?
The specific tubes for your tests, a safety box for shipping the samples by air, instructions for the clinic and the documentation for the shipment. We send it to the clinic or to your home, as you prefer.
Are all the tests available?
Most of them. A few tests need the sample to reach the laboratory within hours or to be processed fresh, so they are only offered with a blood draw in Spain.
How do I receive my results?
In your private area and in the patient app, where you can see the status of each test. We email you every time a result arrives. The interpretation is up to your doctor.
