El día acordado de extracción debe acudir al mostrador de la entrada del edificio principal en Avenida Ventisquero de la Condesa 42 e indicar que es paciente de Factor Inmune y que acude para realizar extracción. Le pedirán su documento de identidad para abrirle número de historia clínica, le pedirán el importe correspondiente por la extracción y le indicarán cómo llegar a la zona de extracciones en la planta Sótano 1 en el Servicio de Laboratorio.
